Work Bullying

Believe it or not, office bullying is not uncommon and can happen in a number of ways and of course not only affect the person that is being bullied but everyone else in the office too. Here are just a few tips on rising up against that bully in your serviced office London

Self Confidence

Bullying has a big effect on someone with a high or low self confidence and can pick it up and destroy it. Some of the strongest people in the world can still be broken into pieces by bullying. If you are always the butt of jokes in the office and it is starting to get to you then it is bullying there is no doubt about this. The best way to cure something like this is to actually tell the person that it is getting to you. Sometimes there are people out there that will just continue doing it so you then must take it higher up in the company.

Headaches and Other Pains

45% of bullied people actually suffer from stress related health problems that can be anything from bad skin right the way to head and stomach aches. If someone is constantly giving you more work than you can handle then it is best that you simply say no to them. Going to the local GP can be a good idea as they can tell you if something is really up or if it is bullying.

Depression

41% of the people that are bullied end up with depresssion, this is a shocking figure indeed. Going to your GP with this is once again the best option to take to make sure nothing serious is wrong.

Of course you could just pick up executive office seating or executive furniture and whack them around the head with it, this often does the trick too.
